Research On Innovation Network Of Industrial Cluster Region

The rapid developing industrial cluster became an important economy development mode in region under the background of globalization and knowledge-based economy. However, most of the industrial clusters are lack of innovation advantages and embeddednes according to the development of industrial clusters in our country. It had bad effects on the sustainable development of region economy . Thereby, how to strengthen the innovation capability of industrial clusters became one of the focuses of government and academic field. This paper researches the law of cooperation innovation in cluster region network.This paper defines the industrial cluster innovation network as a comparatively steady network system formed through the actors' formal or informal long-term cooperation and communication, utilizing the environments and resources in cluster. The paper analyzes the network frame from the perspective of actors-resources-relationship with the method of network analysis and simply discusses the operational prcocess of the cluste innovation network, indicating that the network's cooperating innovation in cluster region is a dynamic circulation of self-organization. Then, the paper carries on empirical analysis to innovation network of industrial cluster region with an example of Zhongguancun Science Park.In addition, this paper studies the governance mechanism to industrial cluster region network, assuming that in order to realize the cooperating innovation among actors, informal social communication mechanism among members should be strengthened.At last, the paper gives policies and suggestions how to optimize the industrial cluster region innovation network from the point of firms, agency and government in cluster.The study is carried out by research methods such as network analysis, and sample analysis.
