Empirical Research On The Evaluation Of The Independent Innovation Efficiency And The Influencing Factors Of Changzhutan Region

With the independent innovation activities in Chinese regions is becoming increasingly active, the independent innovation ability plays an increasing important role to promote regional economic growth. In this paper, on the basis of the independent innovation theory and practice at home and abroad, and from the aspects of regional independent innovation efficiency and its influencing factors, it makes a comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation.This study redefined the basic concept of China’s regional innovation and independent innovation efficiency evaluation. And it is going to construct a theoretical analysis framework of the study on regional independent innovation efficiency. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, it constructs the regional independent innovation efficiency evaluation index system, using DEA to measure the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation efficiency comprehensively. And it also analyzes the dynamic evolution trend of ChangshaZhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation efficiency by making a comparison of independent innovation efficiency among Wuhan East Lake demonstration zone, Zhongguancun demonstration zone, and Southern Jiangsu Province demonstration zone.Secondly, according to the theory based analysis of the influence factors of the independent innovation efficiency and the selection of economic development level, funds investment, development of human input, foreign direct investment and government investment of building panel data regression model, it analyzes the internal and external factors that effecting Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation efficiency. And it also compares and analyzes the influencing factors of independent innovation efficiency in Wuhan East Lake demonstration zone, Zhongguancun demonstration zone and Southern Jiangsu Province demonstration zone. This paper analysis and compares the differences of different factors effect in Chang Zhu Tan region and other regional, and then reveal the intrinsic factors of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation efficiency, thus puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan regional independent innovation efficiency.
