Study On The Creative Metropolitan Industrial Structure Optimization

Creative metropolitan area as a national new urbanization and innovation driven strategic collaborative carrying platform, its good construction is a feasible measure to carry out the national strategy. However, in the process of construction, the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more prominent, which makes the development model of the metropolitan traditional industry face serious challenges. To solve this problem, the 13th Five Year Plan has been proposed by the transformation of economic development, optimization and upgrading of traditional industries, support strategic emerging industries to adjust and optimize the industrial structure, promoting it to the efficient development of high-end. According to this introduction, this paper is researching on Yangtze River Delta Metropolitan industrial structure optimization.Firstly, this paper reviews the theory knowledge of creative metropolitan and industrial structure optimization, and deeply analyzes the relationship between them. The reasonable industrial structure can promote economic growth, the creative metropolitan area is regarding industrial innovation, industrial upgrading and industrial structure optimization as the basic characteristic. Secondly, combined with the development of traditional industrial structure and high-tech industry, this paper is constructing the industrial structure optimization evaluation index system, and using the principal component analysis to evaluate the industrial structure optimization level of the Yangtze River Delta. It finds that technological innovation on the industrial structure plays an important role in promoting industrial structure optimization, and this speculate verifies by means of time-series models at last.The research shows that the industrial structure adjustment space of the Yangtze River Delta is relatively large. Specifically, the industrial structure and employment structure is not coordinated, high-tech industry inputs and outputs without coordination, etc., so the Yangtze River Delta should strengthen the coordination and development of Thrice industrial, in order to achieve the rationalization of the industrial structure; strengthen specialization and cooperation between industry among shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces; relying on technological innovation to develop high-tech industries; speed to build a modern industrial system.
