A Research On Material Cost Management In Rail Tunnel Construction Of Enterprise A

Railway Transportation is a primary means of transportation in China. Under the top strategy "The Belt and Road Initiative", railway, as a main channel to connect China and relative countries, contributes a lot for the country’s economic development. As a result, the construction of rail tunnel becomes particularly important. Up to a certain extent, the related enterprises got rapid development for it; However, the market competition of the construction enterprises is increased. The railtunnel construction costs of labors, materials, equipment rise higher and higher along with the economic rapid development and the pressures for the construction cost management are increasing. According to statistics, among all the costs in tunnel projects, construction material cost takes more than sixty-five percentages of the total costs, which prompt more and more rail tunnel construction enterprises and scholars regard the rail tunnel construction material cost management as a primary target of construction costs management.The rail tunnel construction material cost management is a procedure to plan, organize and manage all the material expenses which would be consumed in all aspects of rail tunnel construction by adopting advanced management techniques and methods. Based on the research method of combining the theory with practice, this thesis conducted a overall study and analysis on Enterprise A’s rail tunnel construction material cost management. According to the existing problems of Enterprise A, the thesis puts forward standardized and informationized management thought for rail tunnel construction material cost management, which aims to solve the management problems standardized and promote the management efficiency informationized in rail tunnel construction material cost management.
