Building Material Management Based On Supply Chain

With the intensification of competition, it is more and more difficult to reduce the management cost, while we can reduce the material management cost in the course of purchasing and inventory and the using of the material. It is the basic wayto improve their competitiveness that we reduce the material management cost with the advanced management idea. With the development of idea of the supply chain, more and more scholars and the construction organization focus on the apply of the Supply chain management in the building enterprise. According to the advanced idea, this paper studies the material management in the building enterprise.Firstly,the paper elaborates the theory of supply chain management and material management,and analyzes the related problems of construction supply chain management and material management,points out the building material management based on supply chain,gives an example of supply chain management that the enterprise takes material use as the core.Next, the paper deeply analyzes the present situation of material management in the construction enterprise, in view of the question existed in material management, joining supply chain management theory, emphasizes concrete implementation strategy on building material management: material purchasing management,supplier management,on-site material management and stock management based on supply chain. Especially, The paper reclassifies to the building material, put emphasis on strategy material and important materials in supply chain management to purchase and stock, develops partnership with this kind of supplier, produces the fussy optimal model of supplier.With the research above, some help and lessons for related decision of material management in construction enterprise were tried to build.
