According to the index system design principle, combined with the characteristics of Datang Group’s wind power investment decision, we established a comprehensive evaluation of scientific, comprehensive, suitable index system, the system includes several aspects of technical risk, economic risk, social and environmental impact, and each aspect contains a different evaluation.
