Now, with the development of Process Reengineering, more and more banks have completed the transition from the Department Bank to the Process Bank, which can effectively prevent the confusion of old management, enhance customer experience, and finally improve the whole bank’s effectiveness and profit. However, many banks, especially small size banks, for the lack of experience and the period of completing the transition is not long, there are some problems in the process of implementation, the final result of the reengineering work has not achieved the expected goal.Bank A has just completed the transition, and this paper studys on the current situation and practical problems of it to find out four factors related to the problem. Based on these four factors, we design the evaluation function for ranking and propose a credit process optimization scheme based on the original process. The scheme according to the present process structure adds a new customer credit plan filing process, provides key data for the follow-up work. At the same time it uses probability database and U-Topk sort method on bank A to find out high quality customers, and adds logic control module to improve the original loan management process by allocating the remaining loan amount to these customers. In this paper, we study the optimization of bank A credit process, combine qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation method, solve the current problem, finally make the annual profit reach at the expected value, additionally we also put forward some improvements in detail, which can improve the efficiency of computer processing. In this paper, we propose a new method to solve the difficulties faced by bank A, and provide a new way to select high quality customers for the bank senior management.
