In recent years, as China’s banking business is suffered profound impact by the Internet, E-Banking information system projects are increasingly focused on the clients. From the user’s point, improving the user experience has become the major target by the commercial banks. However, E-Banking information system consists of low fault-tolerant, risk management and control requirements, long implementation time and other characteristics, has more different with the users experience of the traditional Internet company who always release version frequently. How to improve the user experience for E-Banking information systems and enhance the business process, has become urgent problem in the banking industry, which is the study of very practical significance.This paper focuses on both theoretical and practical aspects of the user experience design method applied in the banking business, combined with the project management of agile development, then creating a methodology for building a new generation of E-Banking business information systems. Firstly, this paper described and summarized the opportunities and challenges of domestic and foreign banks under the new situation, the research on user experience design and agile development at domestic and abroad; Then introduces the basic theoretics of user experience design and agile development, including the definition of user experience design and reuse methods, the design process and so on, the definition of agile development, common methods; thoughts and summarizes the status and plight of one E-Banking system, combining user experience design methods based on the business proposal to improve the user experience, refine the business requirements of E-banking system, and determine the design to improve the user experience. Next, the author enhance some of the steps and agile development tools, based on the actual implementation of the system case, and combine the agile methods and the banking business, to ensure the project delivery successful and list all of the issue and solutions in the project. Finally, the author analyze of an instance, summed up the effect of the implementation of the project, to verify the methods for user experience design in E-Banking project. Through the user experience and agile development methods, based on the banking business requirements, verify the feasibility of the methods to improve the user experience for banking industry. I hope the research can give some inspiration and reference for the similar project in domestic E-Banking project.
