In today’s world, the development trend of globalization, multi-polarization and informatization towards widely, scientific and technological cooperation between countries is an important way to improve the quality of economic development and participate in international division of labor and competition cooperation effectively. Indonesia is China’s important foreign cooperation partner, after the relations between the two countries up to the comprehensive cooperative partnership, cooperation requirements in the field of science and technology become greater, In 2011 "China-Indonesia’s science and technology week" smooth opening in Jakarta, universities, research institutions and high technology enterprise of the two countries in promoting agriculture, traditional Chinese medicine and new energy technology have a more pragmatic cooperation. The fourth part analysis the advantage of scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries and obstructive factors, the process of scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries is the process of taking advantage and avoiding risks. In the fifth part, the paper puts forward the constructive path to promote scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries:strategic path, the path of service support, financing and intelligence introducing path.
