Research Of Control Strategy Of Xi’an Land Supply On The Guidance Of The Planning Goals

Reasonable supply of urban land is a important guarantee to achieve urban development. When carrying out urban land supply, the relevant planning should play a leading role to ensure the supply of land can achieve the development goals of the plan. At present, China’s land supply is lack of relevant planning guidance, resulting in the supply of land out of control on the scale, imbalance in the supply structure, grasping the timing inappropriate, unreasonable distribution in space, at the same time, the relevant planning can not be achieved. Therefore, when carrying out the supply of land,it should be based on relevant planning as a guide.In this thesis, six years’ land supply data of Xi’an between 2009-2014 is sorted out and analysed, the characteristics and shortcomings of the supply of land of Xi’an in six years are summarized from three aspects : the size distribution, land supply space land supply and land supply timing respectively. On this basis, combined with related planning suah as Xi’an urban planning, thirteen five-year plan and the national main functional area planning and so on, regulation policies of Xi’an land supply policy are proposed to provide an idea for the future land supply of Xi’an.The thesis is divided into three parts. At first, it introduces the concept of urban land supply and discusses the basic theory of land supply. Then, the land supply data of Xi’an between 2009-2014 is sorted out, empirical analysis of size, spatial distribution and timing, which are most closely to urban land supply regulation, are carried out separately through the appropriate technical means, and then to summarize the characteristics of these three aspects and discuss the problems in the urban land supply of Xi’an. Finally, based on the analysis above, from the analysis of targets of urban land size, spatial distribution and timing, urban land supply policies are discussed under the guide of urban planning objectives.
