In recent years, due to the advance of the new urbanization process, collective land in villages are largely expropriated, which produced a large number of landless peasants. Whether landless peasants can smoothly adapt to urban life or not, not only a direct impact on their future survival and development, but also affect the stability of China to build regional and harmonious society. Therefore, it is necessary to find out the present situation of social adaptation of landless peasants and analyze its problems and its influencing factors. The land in Shihezi LiuGong village has been acquired from 1960 s, and with the completion of land expropriation in 2013, the identity of the villagers has changed from the farmers to the public, and facing the adaptation needs of employment, living, social interaction and many other psychological needs.
