With the increasing process of urbanization in China,due to the national level in the household registration,land acquisition,security and other aspects of the system reform process is relatively slow,coupled with long-term urban and rural areas caused by urban and rural residents in social security,employment opportunities and public services and other aspects of inequality,So that the landless peasants who have entered the city do not enjoy the same treatment as urban residents,the degree of civicization is still relatively low.At the same time in the process of urbanization,landless peasants have many problems,has become the current impact of local social stability and development of the primary problem.This paper investigates the current situation of landless peasants in Z village of Zhenjiang New District,and through the questionnaire survey and the form of no-structure interview,the author analyzes the urbanization process of the landless peasants in Z village,and analyzes the living characteristics,employment status and consumption situation of the landless peasants The paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons in the process of citizenization,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the landless peasants' own level,the national system level and the community management level respectively.Through the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire survey of the basic situation,living situation,employment situation and consumption situation of the landless peasants in Z village,it is found that the living situation of the landless peasants in Z village has reached the level of citizenization,which is basically the same as that of urban residents The situation is not optimistic,consumer habits did not keep up with the rhythm of the public.The transformation of landless peasants is more or less difficult,their own rights due to the process of the public by a certain loss,their lifestyle changes lag,with the original public contact difficulties,resulting in landless farmers difficult to quickly adapt to the people.The process of urbanization of landless peasants is often from the process of"villagers" to change the "people".In this process,the main manifestation of the landless peasants' difficulties in the individual level is difficult and the process of cultural adaptation is slow,and the individual level is mainly manifested in the occupation Difficult to change,the impact of traditional family relationships,psychological recognition is not high and social barriers,and cultural adaptation is mainly concentrated in the traditional cultural impact,lifestyle changes lag and the existing public contact difficulties in these areas.Through the data analysis and the transcript of the interview,the author analyzes the situation of the urbanization of the landless peasants in Z village,and the restraining factors that cause their urbanization are divided into own factors and external factors.Because the landless peasants widespread employment concept of backward and low employment skills,resulting in their employment more difficult.Landless peasants have low willingness to change,lack of recognition of citizens' roles,and low cultural quality of their own people.The study found that household registration management system and rural land system is the primary factor of external constraints,and the lack of security system exacerbated the constraints of external factors.Finally,because of the problems of community matching,community service is relatively backward and the relative existence of three aspects of community isolation,but also to a certain extent hindered the normalization of the people.In order to better promote the urbanization of landless peasants,the need for landless peasants to actively promote their own people,to change the concept,to establish a sense of ownership;improve quality,develop good habits;strengthen learning,enhance their own employment skills;change bad habits,the formation of healthy living Way to actively exchange and actively participate in community autonomy.At the same time,in the external factors in the system innovation and management guidance,the government focus on building rules and regulations,improve the land requisition policies and regulations;urban and rural areas,unified social security treatment system;increase training,expand landless peasants employment channels.In the community management,on the one hand,improve management,improve the level of community management;the other hand,enhance services to enhance the landless peasants happiness index.
