Research On Cost Management System Of Project Of LC Company

With the acceleration of urbanization, our fire fighting installation companies are facing broad market prospects. More and more companies have joined the firefighting installation industry. Market competition becomes increasingly fierce. Profit of fire fighting installation getting reasonable. The extensive methods of cost management can not meet the requirements of market competition. Enterprises can only rely on good cost management of project to reduce project costs.And the costs which lower than average cost of the industry can obtain cost advantage, thereby the enterprises can win the initiative in the fierce competition.However, we must clearly recognize that project cost management of the fire-fighting installation in domestic enterprises is facing many problems, such as lack of consciousness of cost management, no established systematic cost management system.Therefore, the study of how to improve the cost management of project of fire-fighting installation and cost management system of project have important theoretical and practical significance..LC Ltd. has been engaged in the installation of fire industry for nearly 20 years, through a long period of exploration and practice, the cost of management has accumulated some experience. However, LC company is lack of consciousness of cost management and never built a system of systematic cost management. Based on theoretical knowledge of project cost management, this paper study for the fire fighting installation project of LC. According to the status of cost management of project in LC, this paper has designed a cost management system of project which includes cost estimates, cost plans, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment, and then follow the steps used the management system in TRZX shopping mall fire engineering project of LC company. The results of the application proved the applicability of the system. After that,this paper presents comprehensive aids for the system of cost management of project. We hope this study can not only be helpful for the cost management of project of LC company, but also to other fire fighting installation of project of domestic enterprises.
