Ability Evaluation Research Of The Knowledge Management In Real Estate Development Enterprise

In the 21 st century, the world economy has been moving towards knowledge-based economy from industry-based economy. Knowledge management also has become a hot issue of management theory research and the study of knowledge management in knowledge-intensive enterprises. Although the theoretical circle has done some research of knowledge management and capability evaluation, the study of knowledge management in real estate development enterprises is very limited. As knowledge-intensive enterprise, the research and practice of knowledge management capability evaluation in Real estate enterprise are much rarer. It is essential to evaluate real estate development enterprise’s knowledge management ability. On the one hand, it can help enterprise to understand the level of knowledge management and improve its knowledge management theory and method and then keep the core competitiveness in the fierce market competition. On the other hand, it can promote knowledge management theory exploration study in various industries.Based on the existing researches done by foreign and domestic researchers, this paper firstly combed the domestic and foreign scholars’ theoretical and practical achievements of knowledge management, knowledge management capability evaluation and current situation of knowledge management in real estate development enterprises. The analysis of the pros and cons provided references for the selection of evaluation index in the following chapters. Secondly, after briefly introduced relevant theories of knowledge management, this paper drew forth the knowledge management capability evaluation of real estate development enterprise. Combined with the process of project management of real estate development enterprise, this paper described the process of knowledge management in real estate development enterprise and established the framework of knowledge management model of real estate development enterprise. Thus it provided the theoretical support for the establishment of knowledge management capability evaluation index system of real estate development enterprise. Thirdly, on the basis of theory study above this paper analyzed the key factors that influence the knowledge management level in real estate development enterprise and build the corresponding evaluation index system. By using multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and SEA method, this paper established the comprehensive evaluation model of knowledge management capability in real estate developmententerprise. Finally, this model was applied to a practical case to analyze the situation of knowledge management in this very company, hoping that it can demonstrate the feasibility of the evaluation model via the empirical study, and provide guidance for the capability evaluation of knowledge management in actual project for real estate development enterprises.
