Research On The Comprehensive Insurance Of Social Security Property Purchased By Shishi Government

Every family every year the claim amount up to 29 thousand yuan, the total amount will reach more than 2 billion 500 million yuan. The insured in the insurance accident suffered ginseng, by PICC company according to the insurance contract to provide economic compensation. But in actual operation, security and insurance as a new government to buy public service projects, but also the existence of many problems, such as lack of competition mechanism, settlement rate is low, the scope of insurance unreasonable problem is needed in the practice of exploring ways to resolve.In this paper, we use the "three element analysis framework" to explore the operation mode and significance of "public security insurance" and the government’s public product supply, and provide suggestions for the sustainable development of "public security insurance" and the development of Shishi Fujian. If can effectively improve and perfect, the social security comprehensive property insurance will be able to through its internal mechanism, scattered public safety risk, provide a reasonable economic compensation, can play an important role in the ability of the country’s governing system and service, the future will certainly be able to achieve greater development.
