The Research Of The New Type Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance In Fujian Province

As is known to all, the trend of rural population aging is becoming more and more serious, rural endowment problem has also become prominent. Nowadays, urbanization and industrialization process in China gradually leads a large number of young rural labor force to cities, the rural population aging faster than the city, known as the population aging phenomenon of inversion between urban and rural areas, this needs to establish and gradually improve as soon as possible and adapt to the situation of our country’s rural social endowment insurance system. On September 1, 2009, the State Council of China officially started the new agricultural insurance pilot work in our country. However,rural social endowment insurance system in our country is still not perfect and stable yet.Therefore,basing on systematically introducing the course of development of China’s new type of rural social endowment insurance,this paper draw lessons from the foreign advanced practice and enlightenment. The new type of rural social endowment insurance in Fujian province for the case of empirical analysis,the paper points out the existing problems and possible reasons of the new rural social endowment insurance in Fujian province,and try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the new rural social endowment insurance system in Fujian province,,including system designing, economic environment, social environment, legal environment, and so on. And I hope the paper can provide certain benefit for the rural social endowment insurance system in the whole country.
