As the key components of aircraft engines, closed blisk has complex structure, high precision machining, and the use of titanium or high-temperature alloys and other difficultto-cut materials, It’s too hard to process and Normally it’s being used in multi-axis CNC machining in the actual production process. In order to increase the level of the closed blisk,the paper combines specific production conditions of enterprises with WZ-122 A type of aeroengine compressor secondary static son(a closed blisk) for the specific research object to expand the research of five-axis linkage CNC machining technology of this kind accessory.Based on the structural characteristics of the closed blisk, using the principle of complete closed NURBS leaf discs parametric modeling. Combined axis CNC machining characteristics, the study closed leaf disc processing technology, including: closed leaf discs processing difficulties, technical content, rough selection, tool selection, cutting parameters selection. According to the closed leaf disc structure characteristics determine disc cutter axis vector leaf closed NC-based UG/CAM platform, closed the whole process leaf discs were prepared to give the cutter location trajectory file. For Hermle C22 U five-axis CNC machine tools used in the actual processing, using UG/Post Builder to create a postprocessing file and Cutter Tracks documents are converted to the NC program. Vericut use simulation software to complete the closed leaf discs CNC machining process to verify the feasibility of the planning tool path.
