The Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Construction Environmental Monitoring Research

In the high-speed railway construction, the project will inevitably impact on the surrounding environment of construction projects. For the control and mitigation of ecological destruction and environmental pollution, environmental supervision system is hereby introduced. Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway project is the first time the introduction of environmental supervision system project.First, through comparison of the development of domestic and international environmental supervision, it is that countries focus on different environmental supervision system. It is establishing a system for high-speed railway construction in the environment perfect foundation.Secondly, In environmental supervision system, it combined research and analysed of project management and its methods for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction process of environmental supervision system. It provides a theoretical basis and method.Again, the paper is based on the thesis work practices of the author. It is the important to analyze of environmental supervision in the high-speed railroad project monitoring program. First,in the pre-construction, its surroundings made a detailed environmental impact assessment and prevention of environmental pollution and ecological destruction. It established supervisory agencies in the project. There is a detailed description of the duties of supervision, content, working hours, work systems, procedures and quality control measures. Second,during the construction period, the paper analyzed in detail for the project plan for environmental monitoring, environmental monitoring of work organization, environmental monitoring quality control. Third,completed late in the construction process throughout the project and the problems arising from the various measures to avoid problems were analyzed and summarized.According to the implementation of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway construction contents environmental supervision system period to prepare the environment for future high-speed railway construction supervision system construction, so as to better take advantage of the environmental supervision system to control and mitigation of ecological damage and environmental pollution.
