JQ high speed railway is located in Shandong Province,which is used to connect the high speed railway transportation between Jinan and Qingdao.After the completion and operation of the high-speed rail line,the network optimization Department of LT company proposed that at this stage,the network signal coverage along the high-speed rail line can not meet the needs of railway passengers.In order to improve the quality of network signal coverage along the railway,lt company put the second phase of communication base station construction project along JQ high-speed railway on the agenda.In the early preparation process of the project,the provincial company put forward rigid requirements for the construction period.In order to ensure the completion of the project on schedule and the consistency between the actual progress and the planned progress,lt company introduced professional project management means,mainly including project schedule and project schedule control.The main work is to make a reasonable schedule in advance,And take effective progress control in the process of plan implementation.At present,there are many problems in communication engineering construction projects,such as rough schedule,untimely progress tracking monitoring and control,and lagging response to schedule deviation.In order to complete the base station construction project along the JQ high-speed railway on time according to the requirements of the provincial company,the project team of LT company studied the relevant theoretical knowledge of schedule management and applied the theory to practice.Combined with the general situation and organizational framework of the second phase of the communication base station construction project along the JQ high-speed railway,the subjective and objective factors affecting the project schedule were comprehensively considered,A feasible schedule is made for the project.First of all,the project is decomposed into relatively independent work links by WBS work breakdown,and the construction period of each work link is estimated respectively.The three-point estimation method is introduced in this work.The calculated construction period is 27 days ahead of the completion time required by the provincial company,and the normal distribution model is applied to accurately give the probability that the project can be completed on schedule,At the same time,the total time difference of 27 days is designed for the project,which improves the flexibility of schedule implementation.Then,according to the construction sequence of the workshop,the critical path method,Gantt chart and single code network plan are used to calculate the construction period.In addition,in the process of project construction,various methods are adopted to ensure the effective control of project progress.Closely monitor the project progress by means of progress report,on-site inspection,regular meeting,etc.at the same time,reasonably arrange the matching of workload and human resources to ensure the control of project progress.If there is a deviation between the actual progress and the planned progress,analyze the deviation size,take appropriate corrective measures,adjust and optimize the follow-up construction,and realize the progress management of the project.At the same time,in order to better control the progress,the project department has studied and formulated a series of progress guarantee measures,which have been put into practice and confirmed in the implementation process of the project.Many achievements of this study have been put into practice in the base station construction project along the JQ high-speed railway,which greatly improves the status quo of progress management of communication engineering project construction,and has certain reference significance for improving the progress management level of communication engineering construction project.
