Based on the multi wavelength common path cooperation research on testing technology of laser damage threshold of film,A set of attenuator suitable for thin film damage threshold measurement system is developed.Based on the traditional mechanical type single wavelength attenuator, realizes the intelligent wide range of different wavelength laser energy attenuation.Choose neutral density filter paper as attenuation unit, realized with different wavelength attenuation. The filter is fixed on a wheel of three cascaded, stepper motor drives the rotating wheel,to achieve a wide range of laser energy attenuation;Programming timer interrupt output pulse, to ensure the accuracy of attenuation of the system. Through outputting the different frequency of pulse, reset the system and attenuation of independent drive, improve the efficiency of system attenuation;The mechanical structure of the roller, top silk and triangle mechanical device can improve the stability and repeatability of damping system.Hall sensor as a monitor to the position of the filter, improve the control precision and stability of the system.The attenuation range of design was optimized and adjusted, and the 70 groups were extracted to achieve fast coarse and fine precision of laser energy attenuation;The corresponding circuit and human computer interaction interface are designed, which make the laser energy decay rapidly.Attenuation system for experimental verification, the results show that:in the same light path attenuator can realize intelligence of different laser wavelength attenuation, With 16.51 dB attenuation range, stability and repeatability of attenuator meets the requirement,suitable for multiple wavelengths of light path film damage threshold test system.
