With the rapid development of information technology today, the development of large aircraft, the application of digital technology, and the cooperation is the inherent requirements of aircraft development, so the key to the development of digital collaboration technology. As manufacturing enterprises, the research on the manufacturing collaboration technology and the construction of digital collaborative manufacturing platform is the necessary requirement for the development of large aircraft. Digital manufacturing collaborative needs to have the design and manufacturing process collaboration capabilities, specifically, in the process of large aircraft manufacturing to cancel a two-dimensional figure, to support the design and production, computer aided process design and PLM, process management and production management and control process.This thesis firstly combines the development process of C919 aircraft and the characteristics of the model, and studies the collaborative development process in the digital environment, and puts forward the parallel development mode and the design and manufacturing process, which is based on the mature degree control.Secondly, based on the functional architecture of the factory, two key technologies are discussed. The factory has three aspects: data definition, data distributing and receiving, design and manufacturing environment construction and so on. This paper discusses the technical requirements, working contents, business process and system design of different plant in detail. Manufacturing process collaborative technology from manufacturing data, manufacturing configuration, process documentation, process and equipment collaborative development, manufacturing quality coordination and other aspects of the five aspects of manufacturing process management, business process and system design.Finally, the implementation of the platform is discussed in three aspects: the design of server deployment, system design and main functional interface design, and the platform is applied to the development of C919. Through the practical operation, it is proved that the C919 digital collaborative manufacturing platform can effectively design the C919 aircraft’s design BOM and manufacture BOM unified management. Established enterprise production of civil aircraft manufacturing process management framework, to ensure the coordination and exchange process, inspection, process equipment, manufacturing and other aspects of the business, ensure the data between the business transfer and sharing, realizes based on the types of electronic flow and electronic form management task flow driven, to ensure the C919 aircraft development process, the various functional departments of the company work together.
