Auricularia auricula has high medicinal and nutritional value, and its main active ingredient black auricularia polysaccharide has many functions such as anti-thrombosis, anti-tumor, anti-aging, reducing blood lipid, lowering blood sugar, regulating immune and so on. Therefore the research and optimization of the extraction process of polysaccharide from Auricularia auricula is very important.There are many forest areas around Baoding, many places of which grow mushrooms as the main source of income, and some places have formed a certain scale. Due to different local environments, macro-fungi that are suitable for large-scale cultivation in these areas are not the same, so the research on resources of these places is good for overall arrangements, and it will play an active role in promoting local economic development. Result of investigation show that there are 91 species of wild macro-fungi belonging to 2 subphylum, 5 classes, 9 orders, 26 families and 47 genera.Auricularia auricula is a typical representative of wood-rot fungi, so it should be the main strain of mountain fungi industry. But some surveys found that farmers of mountain areas of Baoding rarely grew Auricularia auricula due to strain, technology and other reasons, so we choose Auricularia auricula as the main object of study in order to promote the cultivation of Auricularia auricula in mountain areas of Baoding. The cultivation material formula of Auricularia auricula is studied and a formula for the growth is determined.At present, the cultivation of macro-fungi commonly adopts the bag-cultured technique, although the technique is more mature, there are many constraints such as complex cultivation processes, long production cycle, low production, seasonal restrictions and so on. From the perspective of industrial use, the development of deep-liquid fermentation technique is imperative. There are many advantages of the deep-liquid fermentation technique. Firstly, fermentation tanks can provide the best environment conditions and nutrition for cell growth; secondly, mycelium grows fast and has energetic metabolism; thirdly, the technique can significantly shorten the production cycle and can get effective components extracellular polysaccharides that cannot form in fruiting bodies largely. The use of deep-liquid fermentation technique can obtain large-scale high value-added products in a short time. In this paper we study and determine the appropriate formula and liquid fermentation conditions of Auricularia auricula. Polysaccharide extracting by microwave method reach 15.872 mg/g.
