Pleurotus cornucopiae is a kind of mushroom developed in recent years. P. cornucopiae has protein、sugar、fat、vitamin and microscale element of calcium、ferrum and so on. In addition, it includes 8 kinds of necessary amino acid of human. The present study was carried out to investigate the cultivation production of P. cornucopiae using waste substrate. And the effects of aquatic extraction substance from residue of P. cornucopiae on wheat seeding growth were also studied in this paper. The results indicated that:At first, the results by experiment on screening to 5 kinds of strains of P. cornucopiae: the optimal strain is Jinong11, which mycelial growth is faster, and develop condition is better, consequently, Jinong11 is the primary study strain in this paper.The ideal cultivation substrate of P. cornucopiae is cotton seed hull, waste substrate, corn core. The optimization cultivation medium formula: cotton seed hull 60%, waste substrate 15%,corn core 15%,bran 9%,lime 1%. The optimal cultivation system of the liquid spawn is as follows: the intial pH (6.0), liquid medium volume (100mL/250mL), temperature (26℃), rotation speed (160 r/min), and fermentation time (168h). The optimal medium combination of liquid spawn: corn flour 3%, glucose 2.5%, peptone 2%, yeast extract 0.25%, KH2PO4 0.1%, MgSO4·7H2O 0.1%, water 1000mL. Under these conditions, the mycelium fresh weight reaches 23.62 g/100mL.The optimal application age of liquid spawn is 96h. The production time of stock is shortened by 54.3%, the cultivation time is reduced 14d and the time of strain production cycle is shortened by 36.3%. Using liquid spawn remarkably shorten the strain production cycle.Effect of different culture factors on the growth and fruit body development of P. cornucopiae during artificial cultivation was studied. The results demonstrated that 3 hours per day of ventilation time was proved to be the best during artificial cultivation. In addition, the effect of urea liquid was optimum.It was studied that the effects of aquatic extraction substance from residue of P. cornucopiae on wheat seed and seedling growth. The results showed that the proper concentration of crude extract from residue of P. cornucopiae would promote the seed germination and seedling growth of wheat. After treatment by extracted liquid of 100 times dilution, the amylase activity of wheat seeds reaches maximum. Seed germination rate and germination power both were increaser than CK in the treatment with 100 time dilution. The development of wheat stem increases remarkably in the treatment with 1 time dilution, the stem length was increased by 19.96%, the wet weight of wheat stem was increased by 21.93%. The extracted liquid of 100 times dilution would promote root growth of wheat, the wet weight of wheat root reaches maximum.
