Study On Safety Warning Of Black Land Nature Forces In Jilin Province

The world rare land resources owned by Jilin Province plays an important rolein ensuring the food security in the world. However, due to the long predatoryfarming, black land nature forces continue to decline, and even threaten the safety ofblack land resources for food security. Therefore, An in-depth study of the securitywarning to black land nature forces carryed out in Jilin Province plays a strategicimportance on the black land forces of nature restoration, compensation andsustainable utilization.My article includes these aspects that are from the land forces of nature toexplore black safety warning theory, the land forces of nature to design safety warningindicators and nodes, the black earth elemental measurement and analysis of policeintelligence from1990to2012in Jilin Province,the safety warning andcountermeasures of black land forces of nature protection mechanism in Jilin andother aspects. My study is about the black safety warning of land forces of nature inJilin Province,and the ultimate goal is to make the black earth elementalcompensation and black land use and other related scientific decision-making forgovernment departments to provide detailed information theory and data basis.Black land forces of nature is under certain technical level,and the black landprovides the ability for human welfare, including natural productivity, ecological andsocial power of the force. The land quality is very poor,and the grain production is low.Theoverdevelopment for many years causes serious damage to the district,and the blackoriginal ecological carrying capacity of the land touches the red line of warning andeven on the verge of the point of black qualitative change,accompanied by thecontinue increasing number of population without grain.From the point of thetransient increase in grain production brought about by stripping area of grain, theoriginal ecological population carrying capacity in cities and states’ black land is in adecline channel.Based on the above analysis, to avoid a further declining in black land forces ofnature,this article exploring the guarantee mechanism of land safety warning in Jilinprovince, proposes that a comprehensive investigation of the police suffers fromyellow light, faces the police intelligence from orange lights, recuperates from the redlight. In order to ensure the safety of black land forces of nature, natural forces tomeet the challenges of declining black land, the paper gives a response. When theblack earth of the original ecological capacity to issue a security alert, in order toimprove the quality of the black land,people should take timely measures to repair avariety of soil fertility to recuperate the black land, pulls the black land forces ofnature back early to a sustainable downward path from the region; or by reducingrural homestead building to reduce the black non-farming land useing, to ensure theamount of land safety land; by improving the relevant legal system, supporting forblack land ecological compensation; learning from foreign advanced experience,carrying out the black land fallow step by step.
