Pholiota adiposa is one kind of high commodity value edible and medical fungi, and it is one of ten rare fungi with best development foreground. The effects of different culture mediums and fermentation conditions on fermentation of Pholiota adiposa mycelia were studied.. The result of magnitude of range of L9(34) orthogonal experiment showed that the factors influenced the growth of mycelia were bean cake powder, glucose, MgSO4 ? 7H2O and KH2PO4. The result showed that the optimal carbon source was glucose and the optimal nitrogen source was bean cake powder. The optimual culture medium was: bean cake powder 2.0%, glucose 2.0%,, KH2PO4 0.15%, MgSO4 ? 7H2O 0.15%, yeast extract 0.2%. The optimal mycelia fermentation condition was as follows: the original pH 6.0, culture temperature of 25°C, the amount of culture medium 100mL(250mL triangle flask) and shaker velocity 150r/min, seed cultured for 144h, fermentation time 144h. On such a condition, mycelia fresh weight of reached 38.5g per 100mL fermented liquid.On this fermentation condition, fermented liquid as liquid spawn was applied to planting experiments. The result showed the best mycelial age of liquid spawn was 96h. Compared with the traditional solid strain, liquid spawn of Pholiota adiposa showed some good characters such as better dispersion, faster germination, stronger growth, the same mycelial age. Compared with solid spawn, the running time of it could be saved 39%. When liquid spawn of Pholiota adiposa applied to planting, the production period of it could save about 44% compared with that of solid spawn. Furthermore, the formation of fruit body of liquid spawn was normal. There wasn't significant difference in biological efficiencies between the two different spawns. The study showed the application of liquid spawn of Pholiota adiposa was feasible and deserved popularization.Fermentation extract could significantly lowering serum TG in rats at the doses of 3.0g/kg, 9.0g/kg, moreover, it could significantly increase the level of serum HDL-C in rats. Fermentation extract of Pholiota adiposa didn't have the effect of lowering serum TC in rats. So fermentation extract of Pholiota adiposa had the effect of accessorial adjusting TG As for LT50, mean lifespan and maximum lifespan, three groups of Drosophila melanogaster given fermentation extract of Pholiota adiposa are significantly longer than that of control group. Furthermore, dose of extract higher, the effect of longing lifespan stronger. So fermentation extract had the effect of Antisenility.
