Black soil contains a lot of organic matter, soil organic carbon storage of black soil was the highest. Because of the continuous reclamation and improper utilization of black soil resource, the fertility of black soil declined generally, which made a part of the high yield farmlands degenerate to the medium or low yield farmlands, serious impact on soil productivity play, restrict the black soil region of northeast and China’s food production and sustainable economic development. In view of this situation, this trial located at Min Zhu town, Harbin city, Heilongjiang province, the effects of different organic manure applications and inorganic fertilizer on fertility of degenerative were researched. The trial consists of two experiments:different kinds of organic manure and different ratios pig manure. At the same nitrogen level, in order to determine the optimum organic manure applications and inorganic fertilizer and provide scientific and theoretical basis, reasonable fertility technology, the black soil physical and chemical properties, soil enzyme activity and yield of maize were measured, comparatively analyzed. The results show that:The physical properties of soil were improved by reducing soil bulk density and increasing field moisture capacity. The pig manure treatment was better than the chicken manure treatment. Under pig manure of3/4total N treatment, the soil bulk density was lowest, field moisture capacity was highest. There were very significant negative correlations between soil bulk density and organic matter content, field moisture capacity. There were significant positive correlation between field moisture capacity and humic acid, humin.The chemical properties of soil were improved by increasing soil cationic exchange capacity, alkaline nitrogen, organic matter content and carbon pool management index. These were highest under pig manure of3/4total N treatment, which contained soil cationic exchange capacity, alkaline nitrogen, organic matter content, humic acid and humin, but carbon pool management index is highest under pig manure of1/2total N treatment. There were very significant positive correlation between organic matter content and alkaline nitrogen, humic acid. There was a very significant positive correlation between humic acid and alkaline nitrogen.Two kinds of soil enzyme activity were significantly improved, soil catalase activity and urease activity were highest under pig manure of1/2total N treatment. There was a significant positive correlation between catalase activity and unease activity, there was a significant positive correlation between organic matter content and unease activity.The maize yields of different organic manure applications and inorganic fertilizer is higher than that of control, the maize yield is highest to achieve9352kg-hm-2under pig manure of1/2total N treatment. there was a very significant positive correlation between maize yield and soil catalase activity, but there was significant positive correlation between maize yield and soil urease activity.After comprehensive analysis, under pig manure of1/2total N treatment, soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activities were significantly improved, maize yield was highest. The pig manure of1/2total N treatment can be used as the optimum method to improve fertility of degenerative black soil in the locality.
