The effect of spraying lanthanum (LaCl3) and cerium (CeCl3) among different concentration on yield and quality of soybean in seeding stage and efflorescence exposed to natural light and ultraviolet-B radiation was studied by using high-protein soybean Dongnong42and high-fat soybean Dongnong47with planting. The best appropriate concentration of rare earth and the studies aimed at screening the best time, finding the protective effect of rare earth under UV-B radiation stress. Provided scientific references for stabilizing grain yield, promoting sustainable development of agricultural production and providing experiment gist for the rare earths (RE) applied in agriculture. The effect of rare earth on protein content of two varieties soybean was greater than oil content. The promotion of protein synthesis during the seedling stage is better than the flowering period, which the increscent of protein content of Dongnong42is greater than Dongnong47. In soybean seedling stage, protein content and total content of protein and oil increased with spraying60mg·L-1CeCl3of Dongnong42and30mg·L-1CeCl3of Dongnong47, and that made the total content of protein and oil and the most conducive to improve protein content. The effect of Ce on soybean yield of two varieties was better than La. The promotion of yield increscent during the seedling stage is better than the flowering period, which the increscent of quality of Dongnong47is greater than Dongnong42. In efflorescence, two varieties of soybean yeild increased with spraying150mg·L-1CeCl3of Dongnong42and60mg·L-1CeCl3of Dongnong47, which was the highest.Compared with natural light, soybean Dongnong42and Dongnong47protein content were both decreased under the weak and strong UV-B radiation. In weak UV-B radiation, oil content was increased of two varieties of soybean, and the yield and the value of the yield components of soybean Dongnong42were increased at flowering stage. And the yield of soybean Dongnong47was enhanced at the seedling stage. In strong UV-B radiation, oil content promoted under high concentration and inhibited under low concentration of Dongnong42and47, but yield was totally opposed to the condition which under weak UV-B radiation. Spraying the appropriate concentration of rare earth could enhance total content of protein and oil. The blossom period of soybean Dongnong42, total content of protein and oil was higher than CK under all concentrations of LaCl3. With concentration90mg·L-1LaCl3, total content of protein and oil was increased than CK and to be maximized under weak UV-B radiation condition. In strong UV-B radiation condition, total content of protein and oil was enhanced than CK and that was the highest under the concentration of30mg·L-1LaCl3, The seedling stage of soybean Dongnong47, under the enhancement of weak UV-B, with30mg·L-1and150mg·L-1LaCl3concentrations, the total content of protein and oil was equal and increased than the control treatment. But under strong UV-B radiation, the protein content and oil content were the the highest under the concentration of150mg·L-1LaCl3.The blossom period of soybean Dongnong42, under weak UV-B radiation condition, yield was the highest and increased than control with spraying30mg·L-1LaCl3and the effect of increscent of yield was the most obvious. In strong UV-B radiation condition, the yield was decreased under all treatments. The seedling stage of soybean Dongnong47, soybean yield was reduced than CK by spraying rare earth under weak UV-B radiation. And in strong UV-B radiation condition, soybean yield was increased than control of treatment and to be maximized under90mg·L-1LaCl3.
