The Research Of The Key Technology Of Transplanting With Flue-cured Tobacco In Liangshan Region

Compared with the conventional film transplanting seedling transplanting method in low temperature in early spring drought conditions early transplanting,can improve the seedling survival rate,enhance tobacco insect prevention ability,promote tobacco plants grow quicker,favorable water-saving drought seedlings.In this study,Yunyan 87 seedlings as test materials,using randomized block method in Huili County,Taiping and two smoke point through the test of some use of membrane technology test and test,membrane effect of different seedling age compared to transplanting seedling transplanting under film breaking period transplanting under herbicide,in order to explore the transplanting under film in Liangshan province is the most suitable transplanting seedling age,rupture of membranes and other issues,the main research results are as follows:First,different seedling age transplanting treatment,membrane after all,seedling survival rate is higher than the better survival rate of conventional transplanting,the survival rate of transplanting under film is higher than that of the conventional seedling transplanting.second,the Grand Cross of the late seedling 4 leaf,stem height 1.5cm,age 35 days when transplanting seedling survival rate was the highest,the rosette stage of tobacco plant growth better,resistance to black shank and TMV better,first after spraying transplanting help to enhance the output value,first-class tobacco and tobacco specific cases the highest.third,In April 15 th 3,transplanting,the survival rate is high compared with April 27 th and May 7th film breaking seedlings survival rate in May 2nd broken membrane seedlings,and seedlings after rupture of membranes in the rosette stage of tobacco plant growth,seedling root growth,good color,plant height and stem girth is higher,more suitable for film breaking transplanting seedlings.
