Manglietia insignis is the tree belong to Magnoliaceae Manglietia, it is a primitive species of evergreen broad-leaved tree, as a Guangxi Autonomous Region key protected plants and a endangerde species naturally plant, it is a good urban landscape trees and shrubs and timber species. Therefore, this study on the growth of seedlings of Manglietia insignis all satges of plant growth regulator test, screening out of seedlings of Manglietia insignis growth the most appropriate type and concentration of the growth regulator combinations, inorder to provide technical guidance. Choosing one year old Manglietia insignis seedlings as experimental materials, studying the influence of three plant growth regulators with different concentrations have on Manglietia insignis growth characteristics, physiological characteristics. Test select the Manglietia insignis seedlings as test material, the use of two-factor completely randomized block design method of three plant growth regulator gibberellin (GA3), naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA), GGR6different concentrationsof processing height, diameter, biomass and physiological indicators Manglietia insignis. The results show that:1. In the treatment of different growth regulators and different concentrations, the test date analysis results show that: the three growth regulators promote the Manglietia insignis seedling height, diameter, biomass growth, and with the increasing concentration, first increases and then decreases. When the gibberellin concentration of35mg/L, to promote the role of the strongest seedling height increment, the diameter increment, leaf area, root tip number, root length, total root volume, biomass-Generalweight of5.1times,3.27times,1.17times,1.64times,1.11times,1.69times,2.35times, the height to diameter ratio is reduced, is0.83times that of the control, while the the stems root ratio control slight increase, is11.11times of the control. The gibberellin appropriate concentration of the growth-promoting effects of seedling stems than promote root growth; The Application of GGR6concentration of25mg/L, to promote the role of the strongest seedling height increment, the diameter increment, leaf area, root tip numbertotal root length, total root volume, total biomass dry weight were2.46times,2.13times,1.41times,1.51times and1.58times,2.68times,1.87times. The height to diameter ratio and stems root ratio decreases, is0.83times and0.68times of control; The growth of Manglietia insignis naphthylacetate low concentration of15mg/L have better role in promoting seedling height increment, ground diameter increment, leaf area, root tip number, root length, total root volume, biomass, total dry weight, respectively, were1.86times,1.77times,1.11times,1.17times,1.1times,1.17times,1.05times, the height-diameter ratio and the stems root ratio decreases, respectively, is0.83times,0.91times; When the concentration reaches higher concentration of35mg/L,45mg/L, the three treatment on the the seedlings of Manglietia insignis the growth began to act as a disincentive, and high concentrations of naphthalene acetic acid suppression performance more strongly..2. Significant role in the physiological characteristics of the impact on growth gibberellin concentration of35mg/L treatment, the Manglietia insignis seedlings soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content increased, was1.23times,2.39times of the control. The activity of SOD,relative electrical conductivity decreased,was0.36times,0.82times of the control; With the concentration of GGR625mg/L after treatment,the Manglietia insignis seedlings soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content increased, for the control of1.24times,1.63times, the activity of SOD, relativeconductivity is reduced, for the control of0.49times,0.77times; By naphthalene acetic acid15mg/L the processing of the seedlings,the soluble sugar content, chlorophyll content are increased, which is2.35times,1.75times of the control. The activity of SOD, the relative conductivity reduced, was0.34times,0.78times of the control. Higher concentrations of three regulator treatment significantly inhibited the growth of seedlings similar to the same performance in high concentration on the inhibition of soluble sugar that is conducive to plant growth and chlorophyll content and other physiological indicators.In short, studies have shown that with the three treatments of gibberellic acid (35mg/L), GGR6(25mg/L), naphthalene acetic acid (15mg/L), the Manglietia seedlings height, diameter, biomass growth indicatorsand soluble sugar and chlorophyll content on plant growth and other physiological indicators can promote. The higher concentration treatment significantly inhibited, the findings have certain guiding significance for Manglietia seedling growth regulators.
