To observe aplastic anemia mice gastrointestinal mucous membrane tissue,usingparaffin section and hematoxylin-eosin staining，the results showed that: disorderedarrangement of columnar epithelial cells of the stomach and cellular structure was notcomplete；lamina propria glandular cells was not irregular and loose. Small intestinalmucosa columnar epithelium cells distributed in disorder and cells morphology notcomplete; small intestinal crypt appeared visible cracks and cells distribution wasreduced; small intestinal mucosal villus falled off and the surface structure of striatedborder fractured, the intestinal mucosa thinned; lamina propria glands distributed indisorder and apoptosis. Large intestine goblet cells decreased dramatically; laminapropria adenomas distributed in disorder; mucosal cells appeared apoptosis.To study changes of aplastic anemia mice gastrointestinal mucosa endocrine cells,using the silver nitrate method of Grimelius and the immunohistochemical ABC method:the stomach, small intestine and large intestine argyrophil cells and5-HT positive cellsthat color becomes shallow、morphological structure、distribution location、distributiondensity、the nature and functionp athological changes.The effect of Chinese medicine X-prescription on the treatment of aplastic anemiamice gastrointestinal mucosal membrane morphology and endocrine cells shows:Chinese medicine X-prescription has an important influence on the treatment ofaplastic anemia mice gastrointestinal mucosal membrane morphology and endocrinecells damage that reatment effect is remarkable.After a week of the drug, the indicatorsare not back to normal. After two weeks of the drug, the indicators are returned tonormal.Conclusion: The effect of Chinese medicine X-prescription on the treatment ofaplastic anemia mice gastrointestinal mucosal membrane，after two weeks of the drug,The dose of0.8g.kg-1.d-1(X-high dose), each index returned to normal andmechanism may be related to regulate the body’s immune function.
