In order to investigate the distribution and density of gastrointestinal mucous cells,argyrophilic cells and GAS immune response cells in HJD-SPF Anas of different age and their individual growth and development.In this paper,the types and distribution of gastrointestinal mucous cells in HJD-SPF Anas of different age(1 d,3 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,105 d,154 d,280 d and 700 d)were studied for the first time by Alcian Blue Periodic acid Schiff(AB-PAS)staining.The results showed that the morphology of mucus cells changed from cystic,pear-shaped to goblet-shaped with increasing age.The general change trend of mucous cell types in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract of each day-old group is from naive type(type ? and type ?)to mature mixed type(type ? and type ?).The glandular stomach of each day group contains 4 types of mucus cells,namely type ?,type ?,type ? and type ?,with the largest number at154 days,mainly type ? and type ? cells,and the smallest number at 1 day and 3 days;most of the day-old group duodenum and jejunum contain four types of mucus cells(the duodenum has no type III cells except 1 d and 3 d,and the jejunum has no type I cells except 7 d and 280 d),and the number is the largest at 280 d,with type II and type IV cells as the Main;the ileal mucous cells contain no type III cells at 7 d and no type I cells at 280 d,and all other age groups contain four types of cells,with the largest number in 21 d,mainly type II and type IV cells,and the smallest in 1 d and 700 d;Rectal mucous cells in addition to the 105 d and 280 d cells without type ?,3 d and 7 d no type ?,all the days of age rectum has four types of cells,105 d,the amount is given priority to with ? and ? cells;the cecum mucus cells contain only type II cells on 7 d and no type I cells on 14 d.All other groups have four types of cells,most quantity on 3d,type ? and type ? cells based.Type ? and type ? cells mainly secrete acidic mucopolysaccharide,type ? and type ? cells mainly secrete neutral mucopolysaccharide,a large amount of acidic mucopolysaccharides are related to the secretion of protease,acidic substances are easily to combined with protease to make the enzyme more stable,and promote digestion.In this paper,the method of silver nitrate of Grimelius was used to study the digestive tract of 10 development stages of the HJD-SPF Anas.The Results show that in the 10 days of age groups,each part of the gastrointestinal tract have a argyrophilic cellsdistribution,and the density distribution of argyrophilic cells in the gastrointestinal tract at the same age glandular stomach the largest number,followed by the jejunum and caecum quantity minimum,the same parts between groups,compared to the vast majority of day age group a number of silver cells in 280 d,most minimum 1 d of age distribution density(except for glandular stomach).Argyrophilic cells form also each are not identical,the morphology of cells in the low-age group is relatively simple,mainly round cells,which perform endocrine functions.With the age growth,silver cells form diversification,in addition to the circular,and pyramidal,fusiform,irregular shape,etc.,and the two argyrophilic cells are close together,suggesting that they have multiple functions,in addition to the exercise of endocrine function,exocrine and paracrine function.It indicates that with the increase of age,the digestive and absorption functions of the gastrointestinal tract are gradually improved.In this paper,the immunohistochemical techniques was used to detect GAS(Gastrin,Gas)immune response cells in different parts of the gastrointestinal tract of 10 growth stages of the HJD-SPF Anas.The results showed that Gas cells were not detected in the glandular stomach of each age group,and were distributed in the duodenum,jejunum and ileum of each age group.Gas cells were distributed in the rectum in all age groups except 7 d and 14 d.Compared with different age groups of the same site,duodenal Gas cells were the most in 3d,followed by 280 d,154 d and 700 d with the least distribution;the jejunum Gas cells were the most at 3d and 280 d,and the least at 14 d and 154 d;the ileal Gas cells were the most at 3 d,and the 7 d was the least.The rectal Gas cells were the most at 105 d,and there was no distribution at 7 d and 14 d.There was no difference in the number of rectal Gas cells at other ages.There is no obvious difference between the various parts of the cell morphology,there are pyramidal,round and fusiform,distributed between epithelial cells,the acinar epithelium,the epithelial base and other parts,performing endocrine and exocrine functions.
