With the development of economy, the consumption of fossil fuels increasesrapidly, energy issues become increasingly prominent. Energy conservation is thepolicy of economic and strategic development of our country, since the "EleventhFive-Year" period, vigorously promote energy conservation, and fishing is animportant part of the energy-saving work, also the need to ensure that the objective ofsustainable fisheries economic development. Energy conservation is the main fishingvessels energy issues, reduce energy consumption, promote fishing reform is the keyissue. In recent years, the number of vessels remained at around one million, while thefishing power actually was an upward trend, indicating that with the advent of fisheryresources and other issues, fishing technology continues to improve, and improveperformance. But compared with developed countries, the technology gap is large,energy-intensive, low utilization, so our boats have a greater potential fordevelopment, fisheries, energy efficiency has become critical. There are a variety ofenergy-saving technologies fishing, the use of the additive is one of the most simpleand convenient technique is widely used in energy-saving measures, this method isalso used for the present study. Markets a wide range of fuel additives, good and badmixed, fuel efficiency is serious hype, most users were skeptical, additives applicationis not ideal. Annual diesel fuel consumption of vessels up to800million tons,according to the normal fishing operations, the saving rate has the lowest value of2%additive annual savings of about400million Yuan of funds, a huge space fordevelopment visible.This topic is a public service sectors (agriculture) research and special(201,003,024) funded research on key technologies and major equipment saving ourfisheries development, this study is the study of energy-saving technologies fishing. For the current status of diesel fuel additive in the application of fishing, select the sixcommon fuel additives, fuel efficiency by analyzing bench, and six kinds of fueleconomic analysis of additives, fuel additives to provide a basis for the application infishing. The study is divided into three parts: First, the literature review, described thestatus quo and the practical application of boats and in the presence of fuel additives;Second, the analysis of fuel additives were fired by bench0#diesel fuel efficiencyand low-quality oil in the old fishing boat when the diesel engine; Third, calculate theeconomic evaluation factor, and analysis six kinds of additives in practice economicapplications.By bench test results indicate that, in the old fishing0#diesel engine fueled withdiesel fuel in most of the old machine is not good, fuel additives sample A and fueladditives B are better, saving rate of more than2%, the other two additives is not ideal;while saving rate in the new machine is generally low, and some additives evennegative saving rate, there has been the phenomenon of fuel, without fuel efficiency.Fishing boats in the old and new diesel engine fueled with low-grade oil, before andafter the use of additives is generally low saving rate, while fuel additive E in the lowload, saving rate of more than2%, is better, high load the result is not satisfactory, theoverall effect on the non-fuel; rest of the fuel additive in certain operating pointshigher saving rate and a weighted saving rate does not exceed1%, almost noenergy-saving effect, so we need to improve fuel additive products performance. Onthe basis of economic benefit evaluation coefficient (fuel economy benefitevaluation coefficient greater than1which shows the economic benefits), analysis ofeconomic benefit of fuel additive. fuel additive A and fuel additive B evaluation in theold machine economic coefficients were1.72and1.23, can play the effect of certaineconomy; the other fuel additive benefit coefficient is low, the economy is poor, notto reduce the cost, increase incomes for the purpose in actual production application.Paper introduces the status of fishing vessels in China and the existingproblems and additive application, learned in the fishery production in a fishing boat poor performance, high energy consumption, high cost. Select six common fueladditives by bench results, the saving rate changes between the larger fuel additives,there are certain differences between the economies, the overall effect is not ideal.Fuel additives currently need more in-depth study, so that more and better fueladditives into the market and the promotion of energy conservation and sustainabledevelopment of fisheries.
