Analysis of the situation of the middle and later periods of the growing crops such as corn and cotton for prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests in this article,which leads to the high-clearance plant protecting machine,and expounds the present situation of high-clearance plant protecting machine in China and abroad.And for energy and environmental issues outstanding,high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric will be the trend of the future.Therefore considering the sources of energy,environmental protection and the growing crops such as corn and cotton insect pests and so on factors,this article designs the chassis for high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric,for the development of the high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric platform foundation.And a lot of problems in the design of the chassis for high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric to solve,this work of article summarized as follows:(1)Combined with the current our country middle and later periods of the growing crops such as corn and cotton pest control requirements,and the deterioration of two big problems of energy and environment,Analyzing the current development of high-clearance plant protecting machine at home and abroad,comprehensive analysis is that high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric will be the development trend of the future.And the design of chassis is the basis of design of high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric,so putting forward the design of the chassis.(2)Based on indicators for design of the chassis and the chassis dynamometer principle and dynamic characteristics further in-depth analysis and calculation,Determining the parameters of the motor,reducer,steering cylinder etc,and combined with existing products at the market,completing the selection of motor,reducer,and other components and procurement.(3)According to the design scheme of the high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric chassis,designing the structure of chassis by proe,including dimension parameters of and structure optimization in the key components such as driving system,steering system,suspension system,wheel track adjustable system,Preventing interference phenomenon.Through constantly perfected and optimized,has established the virtual prototyping of the chassis for the high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric.On the basis of it,further established the virtual prototyping of the high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric.(4)Using the method of finite element analysis,conducting static analysis on the key bearing component of the chassis system in the Workbench.The result of Analysis is that it has no much stress concentration and deformation in the wheel support frame,the up chassis of frame and chassis.And safety coefficient is high.It tested the rationality of the design.It indicates Chassis system still has significantly carrying space,chassis provides the basis for its further development.(5)Conducting prototype trial to chassis for high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric,tested and analyzed anti-rollover performance.According to the change of tread,carry out anti-rollover test to verify its performance by HYCF-20 rollover stability test bed.The result shows that maximum roll angle of the chassis for high-clearance plant protecting machine by electric becomes larger while wheelbase becomes lager or the position of the center of gravity drops.It improves the performance of the anti-roll during chassis working and improves safe driving.
