China is a country owning more population than that can be held by the land capacity, which generates a serious problem that the average agricultural area is far behind the world’s average level. To address this problem, we are supposed to improve the exploit rate of the limited agricultural land, eventually realizing the progress on production, quality and efficiency. It has been proved that the Greenhouse is one of the most effective approaches. The modernization of Greenhouse technology is mainly represented by the supervisory control of Greenhouse environment. The tendency for this technology is to supervise the Greenhouse by smart control. This project is based on Scientific Research Fund of both HeiLongJiang Education Department (12521038) and HeiLongJiang Returned Overseas Students (2011297).According to the case study, the future agriculture development, relied on power supply system of new energy resource, will be the combination of Radio Engineering and Modern Automatic Control technology.Currently, the focus of the domestic study of the Greenhouse Supervisory System (GSS) is wireless sensors network and automation as well as intelligentization. Whereas, the overseas study concentrates on the design of GSS which corresponds to the local climate. Based on the related information, the Greenhouse of countries which have more successful facility agriculture features diversification on construction structure, full automatic production, high level of mechanization and effective information management, all of which play a significant role to apply modern network of things, Sensory and Radio technology to GSS. Besides, the experience from experts and farmers counts on the success of this kind of Greenhouse.To begin with, the paper illustrates the structure of GSS and the design of hardware. The terminal part of information collection system consists of ZigBee wireless sensor network and ARM terminal. Specifically, the task of ZigBee wireless sensor network is to deliver data from collection buses and to send order to control execution buses. ARM terminal is to collect the data from collection buses and process them. Then the ARM terminal will send the effective data, via GPRS module, to cellphones by AT order, SD disk and LCD displayer. The purpose of the collection bus is to collect data of temperature and humidity in Greenhouse. The other environmental factors can be collected by sensors on ARM.GPRS module realizes the ’unattendance’in modern agriculture.Zigbee network makes definition by ’greeting’ signal. The paper also concentrates on the coding of receiving and delivering function of collection branches and coordinator buses. The study carried out the programming of AM2302sensor,1602LCD displayer clock module and wireless transceiver. Besides, the study selected the IAR Embedded Workbench as development platform. The terminal software design includes the establishment of development platform of ARM, simplification of ARM starting code and the programming of modules on terminal. The terminal programming uses both C and assembly language.To optimize the effectiveness of measurement data, the study designed ’accurate-fuzzy’ algorithm, namely rejection mean algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm. The study simulated the data processing algorithm and conducted experiments on terminal system algorithm. In addition, the study tested the feature of terminal hardware under low-temperature environment. Last, the paper analyzed the accuracy of data collection, full operation of GSS hardware and the system error.The paper describes the case study in Harbin and the surrounding towns and villages. The case study designed the GSS with consideration to cold land. The field test proves that this GSS meets design standards. GSS also has many advantages of low total manufacture cost, usability, mobility and high accuracy.
