This research was performed to study the effects of3different microbial fertilizers (Lvtian, Yifengyuan, Lvshenbao microbial fertilizers) on the growth, the quality, the production and the nitrogen accumulation of lettuce. The purpose is to choose the suitable type and concentration for the growth and quality of lettuce, The results showed that.1. Microbial fertilizers influenced the physical characteristics, the chemical characteristics, nutritional ingredient, enzyme activity and the microbial colony counts of rhizosphere soil in different degree. The physical characteristics and the chemical characteristics of A2was in the proper range; A2promoted the dehydrogenase activity, the catalase activity, the protease activity and NR activity of lettuce; A2increased the bacterial population and the actinomycetes number, at the same time, A2significantly reduced the number of fungi.2. Appropriate concentration of microbial fertilizers improved the morphological indicators, the quality, and the production of lettuce. The emergence rate of A2was98.67%, and the production was the highest of all treatments, yield production was30.96%more than CK; A2could increase vitamin C content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, free amino acid content of lettuce by53.82%,91.1%,51.77%,45.63%.3.The different effect of photosynthetic characteristics in different treatments were significantly affected. A2significantly promoted the chlorophyll of lettuce leaves, Pn, Gs, Tr. by increasing85.29%,51.84%, and significantly reduced Ci.4.The suitable concentration of microbial fertilizers effectively regulated the nitrogen metabolism of lettuce. The activity of NR, the nitrate content and the nitrite content all showed that they rose first and then fell, and.the activity of NR in leaves was higher than the content in roots, so is the nitrate. The nitrate content and the nitrite content of A2is the lowest in. all treatments, so it effectively improved the green foods development center of lettuce.But above all.it would promote the growth and quality of lettuce with1:300Lvtian microbial fertilizer in the process of production of lettuce, in the meantime, it could decrease the nitrate content of lettuce, it showed the. best in all treatments, which can provide more theoretical suggestions for lettuce production.
