Research On The Training Issues Of Agricultural Professional Graduate Degree Based On The College-enterprise Cooperation Mode

As we all know, compare to other sectors, China’s agricultural development havegreatly lag behind, agriculture and the countryside is very underdeveloped. Yet China, as alarge agricultural country, the agricultural population accounted for70%of its totalpopulation, the development of people’s livelihood in agriculture, thereby increasingagricultural productivity is current practical problems that need to be resolved. But toenhance agricultural productivity depends on the development of agricultural technologyand the training of senior agricultural talents. Senior talent as an agricultural force, and thatthe degree started late, the current research to professional degree of AgriculturalPostgraduate training is still not systematic and in-depth.From college-enterprise cooperation perspective, This paper analyze the need forcollege-enterprise cooperation model in professional degree postgraduate training,combined with professional graduate degree development course and trainingcharacteristics. And from the idea of Agricultural professional degree postgraduate trainingand characteristics, by the method of data collection and questionnaires to take agriculturalprofessional degree postgraduate training issues as case studies of A University, from thetraining objectives, curriculum, professional practice, thesis aspects, etc. And makerecommendations and measures, through the improvement of laws, regulations andgovernment policy guidance, scientific establish training objectives, changing the singlecurriculum, highlighting the practical aspects of training and strengthening the dual jointguidance of double-instructors, enhance the agricultural professional degree postgraduatetraining to meet the social application, complex high-level personnel needs.
