In this paper, through the construction of urban green ecological park on the urban fringe areas, ecological construction, to explore the feasibility of solving ecological problems of the road. In ecology, ecological economics, green agriculture and urban agriculture under the guidance of proposed urban ecological landscape planning and thinking and planning the implementation of the principles and methods and procedures. Taiyuan Wanbailin ecological park planning and construction as an example, conducting a feasibility demonstration.Study results suggest that, by following the eco ecological garden, living, organic produce three functions thorough combination of ecological, economic and social benefits through harmonization principles of urban green ecological park construction, with theoretical and practical feasibility, can guide the planning and construction of urban fringe areas, and ultimately can promote urban ecological sustainability.
