The mushroom industry develop rapidly in Hangzhou recent years, It is said that the mushroom output value is about0.214billion in2012,which the number is about2000million in2004. Mushroom cultivation has become an effective way to increase farmers’ income in Hangzhou now. But currently, the mushrooms cultivated in Hangzhou are most of low-temperature varieties, and the high-temperature species are scarce, which often leading to the shortage supply in hot season.Volvariella volvacea is a typical high-temperature varieties, due to the lack of high-yielding strains and cultivation techniques, the cultivation scale of Volvariella volvacea in Hangzhou developing slowly. The nutritious and delicious taste of Volvariella volvacea are popular among consumers. And all of above forming the Volvariella volvacea production in short supplyment. So screening the high yield strain and inproving the Volvariella volvacea cultivation technology have become more and more important.In this paper, we focus on the high-yielding cultural techniques on Volvariella volvacea through strain screening, mycelium biological characteristics, treatment methods of training materials and the moisture management tests on fruiting process. And formation of a Volvariella volvacea cultivation techniques.1、Compared the10introduction strains of Volvariella volvacea, V115is the best strain in fruit body type, single fruit body weight, fruit body color, parachute ease, production and biological conversion rate measurement. And its fruiting individual is medium, the conversion rate is over22%, and not ease to parachute, for fresh eating or processed into canned, and this strain suitable for application in the city.2、The mycelium biological characteristics tests were carried out by using the V115strains. Tests showed that the optimum carbon source for V115is sucrose and maltose. The mycelia growth rate was2.81cm/d and2.79cm/d. And the optimum nitrogen source for it was peptone, the mycelia growth rate was about2.48cm/d. Also the optimum temperature for it was32℃-38℃, The mycelia growth rate was1.92-2.23cm/d. And the mycelium grows thick, bushy in above culture conditions3、The effect of cultivating material on Volvariella volvacea production and benefit were carried out by’using the V115strains. In this tests we found the appropriate formula for the cotton, including77%seed hull,15%straw, and8%lime by screen the straw yield, biological conversion rate. And the Volvariella volvacea biology conversion rate is22.2%in this formula, the gross profit increased by2.17yuan/m2compared to the control4、The effect of different treatments on compost on Volvariella volvacea production were carried out by using the V115strains. Secondary fermentation was selection as the best approach by bacteria, pest occurrence degree and the production test, this method can reduce bacteria and the incidence of pests effectively, the biological conversion rate can be reach as high as25%.5、Different water management test was carried out during the cultivation process. It is showed that water management can carried out during the mycelium and fruiting growth stage. And it can improve the Volvariella volvacea production. Its production was2times higher than that only moisturizing but not spray one during the entire growth period.
