This experiment is did in2013May to August in Fangcheng County, NanyangCity Jinye garden internship base.Variety of this pot experiment is yunyan87.Thefertilizer is a mixture that comprises pest, cake fertilizer, mineral fertilizer and humicacid.Their proportion in the mixture are45%,30%,14%,11%.The test set of fivetreatments.Every treatment spread quantitative chemical fertilizer（N:P2O2：K2O=1：2：4）and different weight of organic fertilizer.The amount of organic fertilizer isrespectivelyCK:0g/pot,T1:150g/pot,T2:300g/pot,T3:450g/pot,T4:600g/pot.It concluded that:Under the pot condition,Organic fertilizer had certain inhibitory action ontobacco agronomic traits in the early growth stage of tobacco plants. But showedobvious promotion In the Late Growth stage of tobacco.T3and T2were veryconspicuous,and there plant height, leaf area index was better than other treatments inthe Late Growth stage of tobacco.Under the pot condition,Organic fertilizer could significantly increase the contentof mature leaf chlorophyll and carotenoid and with the increase of mixed organicfertilizer, content of chlorophyll and carotenoid in tobacco leaves increasedsignificantly.Dry matter accumulation of T3and T2is significantly increased thanother treatment.The content of Mn and Cu of T3was significantly lower than other treatments.Content of Ca,Mg,P,Zn and Fe is higher than other treatments.Organic fertilizer couldsignificantly reduce the content of total sugar and reducing sugar of cured leaftobacco. The proportion of Routine Chemical Components of T3is more coordinatedthan others, this helps to improve cigarette smoke and tobacco quality.Under the pot condition,organic fertilizer could significantly increase the contentof petroleum ether extract in flue-cured tobacco leaves.It has a strong positiverelationship between amount of organic fertilizer and content of petroleum ether extract.Organic fertilizer significantly increased the contents of neutral aromacomponents in Flue-cured Tobacco.The majority of neutral aroma substance contentof T3was significantly higher than that of other treatments.Tobacco aromacomponents of T3improved than other treatment improved,and it’s the best treatment.
