Apple tree is self-incompatible type, and this is most obvious in Fuji. So allocating pollination trees reasonably and choosing appropriate pollination tree are the key to improve the appearance and inner quality of Fuji. This study put Fuji Ⅱ as female, Malus Robusta, Fuping Malus Prunifolia, Qinguan, Starking, Golden Delicious and Gala as male to cross. The main results were as follows:1.The influence of different pollinated cultivar on FujiⅡ fruit setting rate.The Fuji fruit setting rate was boosted more than 70% after different pollinated cultivar pollinated, and the order was Malus Robusta> Gala> Starking> Fuping Malus Prunifolia> Qinguan>Golden Delicious.2. The influence of different pollinated cultivar on Fuji Ⅱ fruit cyanine contents.Qinguan pollinating was the highest, Gala and Fuping Malus Prunifolia pollinating were the lowest. After Starking and Golden Delicious pollinated, the Fuji Ⅱ fruit cyanine content was closed.3. The influence of different pollinated cultivar on FujiⅡseed.Pollinated varieties had a certain impact on the seed portion nutrients, seed composition, quantity, developmental status and distribution as well as the content of endogenous hormones. Pollinating species were better than practice pollination cultivars on all aspects of Fuji seed. Among the four species of practice pollination, Qinguan was the best.4. The influence of different pollinated cultivar on FujiⅡfruit nutrition.After pollination of different varieties, Fuji apple fruit macronutrient content had more significant differences. The order was Gala> Qinguan> Fuping Malus Prunifolia> Malus Robusta> Starking> Golden Delicious. Differences between microelement were more significant than macroelement. The order was Malus Robusta> Gala>Starking> Qinguan> Fuping Malus Prunifolia> Golden Delicious. The content of phenolic compounds in the fruit varieties had a phase difference that at different developmental stages of the fruit six varieties were different.
