| To realize scientific fertilization and improve product quality and quality of melon facilities, an experiment was conducted to study the effect of different amount of fertilizer on the growth, yield and quality of muskmelon with matrix cultivation. In this experiment, with "Yipin tianxia 208" muskmelon as test material and soil cultivation and traditional amount of fertilizer as control(ck), the composite matrix was made of decomposed cow dung : decomposed chicken dung: Mushroom: perlite: vermiculite = 40: 20: 13:20 : 7(volume ratio), and it including three different fertilization treatment(T1: N 112.5kg / hm2, P2O5 70 kg / hm2, K2 O 75kg / hm2; T2: N 225 kg / hm2, P2O5 140 kg / hm2, K2 O 150 kg / hm2; T3:.N 337.5kg / hm2, P2O5 210 kg / hm2, K2 O 225kg / hm2), and the plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate quality and yield of muskmelon of control and treatment groups were measured. The results showed that: The plant growth of muskmelon could be improved by an appropriate fertilizer.The morphological development, yield and quality of treatment groups were better than that of control; with different amounts of fertilizer, there were difference in varying degree among there morphology, physiology, yield and quality and other indicators of each treatments. The plant height showed an ascend trend with the increase of fertilizer amount, however, the stem diameter increased first and then declined, T2 was the most robust plant treatment; The content of chlorophyll increased first and then decreased with the increasing of the amount of fertilizer, while the net photosynthetic rate increased continuously, and as to photosynthetic rate, there showed no significant difference between T2 and T3; Compared with the control, T1, T2, T3 melon production process increased by 11.2%, 28.7% and 16.4%; With the increasing amount of fertilizer,the content of Vc, soluble sugar, soluble solids, soluble protein all showed a trend of increased first and then dropped continuously;Comprehensively considering the plant morphology, development, yield and quality factors, the T2 was the best, therefore, the suitable fertilizer amount to be recommended is: N 225kg/hm2, P2O5 140kg/hm2 and K2 O 150kg/hm2, under this conditions, the muskmelon plant grow robust, and photosynthesis is strong, moreover, it can obtain the higher yield and better quality. |
