The hard phenomenon of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch`s seeds restricts the development of bud and plant seriously, which restricts the later growing and formation of yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. The scientific and rational characters of fertilization are important measures that affect the quality and yield of medicine. The research studied the color, the diameter, and different times dealt with sulphuric acid effects of germination and the situation of plant growth through three factors random distinguished design method. And from the whole plant average, actor random distinguished design method was used to study the effects about different employ amounts of nitrogenous fertilizer to different growth steps of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch agricultural characters, physiology targets, acid content dynamic state transformation regularity, and then analyzed disposal of seed and nitrogenous rational quantity to the coordinate expression relationship of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch yield and quality and raised the best amounts of applying nitrogenous fertilizer program which suited specific climate and solid condition in Jilin districts.1. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seed superficial color, diameter and seed soaking time hardly affect thetender seedling leaf and the leaf width; Seed superficial color do not influence thetender seedling leaf length and diameter of lower embryo axle ; Diameter and seed soaking time influence notably the tender seedling leaf length and diameter of lower embryo axle. Seed superficial color, diameter and seed soaking time influence notably the efficiency of germination. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seed superficial color, diameter and seed soaking time influence notably the efficiency of young plant growth. as seed superficial color deepens and diameter reduces in size, the plant growth efficiency falls; As seed soaking time increasing, the efficiency of plant growth increased firstly and then drop. The green, big grain and seed soaking time between 50min~90min seeds have the better germination, in which 70min is the best seed soaking time.2. The plant height, the diameter of plant stem, the length of root, the width of root and the surface area of small leaf could promote with properly increasing nitrogenous fertilizer. In all, the best effect was promoting the plant height and the length of root, to which N3 influence notably to other treatments did the best, As the use of nitrogenous fertilizer increasing, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch branch number and the rates of plant height and the diameter of plant stem increased at first and drop later,and the length of two drops at first and swells later.3. Increasing nitrogenous fertilizer, the yield of one or two years N3 reached 36.9g and 101.4g /per plant respectively, the influence was notably to other treatments .The yield of two years N3 rate of dry weight and fresh weight was also notably to others. As the nitrogenous fertilizer increasing, the chlorophyll content, solubility sugar and protein content appeared the obvious trend of increasing early and decreasing later. The Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch acid content of main root swell firstly and drop later. The Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch acid content of one year N3 is 13.2mg/ kg, influence notably to other programs.4. The most suitable coordinate expression relationship between Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch yield and quality of employ amounts of nitrogenous fertilizer is 149.9kg/hm2.
