Research On Designing Supervision System About Reclamation Process Of Rural Residential Area Based On WebGIS

With the development of city, the cultivated landhas reduced seriously, but as the import resource, cultivated land need to bekeep a certain amount. To conciliatethis conflict, need reclaim the idle homestead land in country, but now there are some problemsneed to be solved such as confused workflow of reclamation, lack of regulation.By bringing in Web GIS technology, building the module to allow user get the information about demolition, compensation, reclamation online, the Web GIS technology can solve those problems well.Firstly, with analyzing the result offield research, this paper findsout the issues of current reclamation. Then in view of these issues, this paper elaboratesthe functional requirementand builds a new workflow of reclamation. Secondly, this paper collectsinformation of themost popular architectural, which is used as basis for designing the architectural of system and determining the development framework. Thirdly, according to functional requirement design in detail and resolve the key technical issues before system development, including framework integration and technology development issues, map services and geographic processing services issues, reclamation and demolition supervision technical issues, reclamation and compensation supervision technical issues, reclamation and placing supervision technical issues, effect evaluation of planning demolition technical issues.Finally, with the Myeclipse as the primary development environment, combined with the ArcGIS Server and the Tomcat server it developed the reclamation process in rural residential area monitoring system based on WebGIS and set up a set of test data to show the operating effect of the system.The main contents and results of this paper include the followings:1. The paper put forward the function needs of some feedback and compensation from the actual reclamation work experience and esTab.lished a set of unified workflow from specification of project approval and reclamation ending at the same time set up a complete set of operation flow to constraint it.2. This paper integrated J2EE and REST framework and designed a kind of framework to meets the needs of this system. This framework organizes every part of the system by loosely coupled form.3. The paper used the WebGIS technology to design and realize the delineation of the scope of reclamation, demolition progress monitoring, compensation information monitoring and these lacking functions in current reclamation.4. The paper developed the reclamation process in rural residential area monitoring system based on WebGIS and this system will be used in actual work with the system of other subjects.
