The Value Of Grassland Ecological Civilization System Collaborative Research

With the historical evolution of civilization form and the concept of ecological civilization was put forward after the 17th CPC National Congress,ecological civilization are repeatedly expounded by the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party,As an important part of the construction of ecological civilization, the prairie ecological civilization studies have increasingly become a focus in the study of a subject. This paper based on this to study the relationship of internal value of grassland ecological civilization system. In the end, it makes the grassland ecological system become stable state from chaos to orderly transition. The content of the research includes the following aspects:l.By using Systems Philosophy Theory to grassland ecological civilization as a whole system, analyze grassland ecological civilization system including elements such as object, subject, and the relationship between the system of subject and object. And starting from the relationship between subject and object of grassland ecological civilization system, this paper discusses how the value of grassland ecological civilization system relationship generated from the perspective of generated basis,conditions and essence of value system.2.Based on the grassland ecological civilization system generation relationships and grassland ecological status, this paper analyze correlation of the unbalance factor. And expected effects of grassland ecological civilization system synergy development.Therefore, this article concludes:the Value of Synergy Theory as a new research Angle, When study the grassland ecological civilization building, there are two aspects need to be considered.The first one is from the dimension of the theory of value to define the value relationship between human and grassland’s subject and object value,order parameter function of value subject elements in ecological civilization system value synergy and redefine the instrumental value of grassland ecosystem and value system, especially the intrinsic value; The second one is guided by the cooperative principle, to emphasize the value of the synergy between subject and object, the synergy between the elements within subject, and the value of the synergy between different interest subjects.
