Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization

The construction of ecological civilization is the fundamental plan of the sustainab le development of the Chinese nation,and the construction of rural ecological civiliza t io n is the concrete manifestation of putting this idea into practice at the level of "agricult ure,rural areas and farmers".In accordance with the directive "ecological priority and green development",we will actively promote the restoration,maintenance and management of the natural ecological environment and promote the sustainable development of economic and social modernization.With the rapid development of modern science and technology,digital technology is widely used in the practice of economic development,which will definitely help the construction of ecological civilization.By integrating the concept of ecological civilization into the development of the digital economy and emphasizing the importance of digitalization,the supply-side structural reform can be greatly promoted,thus promoting the formation of a new and more sustainable development model of ecological civilization.Therefore,taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as an example,this study aims to analyze the impact and spatial spillover effect of digital economy on rural ecological civilization construction,and test whether there is an intermediary effect of urbanization in the influence process,so as to provide reference suggestions for promoting rural ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.First of all,by combing domestic and foreign research literature,this paper finds the research entry point,defines the digital economy,rural ecological civiliza t io n construction,spatial econometric model,spatial spillover effect and other related concepts,and expounds the theory of sustainable development,"two mountains theory" and related theories of environmental Kuznets curve.At the same time,through a detailed analysis of the data in recent years,the development status,existing problems and causes of the construction of digital economy and rural ecological civilization in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are explored,laying a foundation for further research.Secondly,this paper takes 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt as research samples,selects appropriate indicators to measure digital economy,urbanization and rural ecological civilization construction,and controls variables such as industrial structure upgrading,consumption level,population density and industr ia l pollution control to obtain official statistical data.Using Stata16.0 measurement software,a mediation effect model was constructed to test whether urbanization played an intermediary effect in the process of digital economy affecting the construction and development of rural ecological civilization.At the same time,before determining the construction of the spatial Dubin model,a series of test analysis should be carried out,and based on the economic distance weight matrix,the specific impact of digital economy on the construction of rural ecological civilization and the spatial spillover effect are analyzed,and relevant conclusions are obtained.Finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical test,the following conclusio ns are drawn:(1)There are prominent problems of unbalanced development among provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Digital economy and rural ecological civilization construction have spatial positive correlation,there is a significa nt regional spatial spillover effect.(2)The digital economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt plays a significant role in promoting the construction of rural ecological civiliza t io n in the province and its neighboring provinces.(3)Urbanization plays an intermed iar y effect in the process of promoting the construction of rural ecological civilization by digital economy.Based on the above main research conclusions,the follow ing suggestions are put forward:(1)In promoting the regional integration construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary to promote the coordinated development between regions,between urban and rural areas,between the economy and ecology.(2)We must increase the promotion and application of digital technology in rural areas to help the constructio n of rural ecological environment.(3)In promoting the construction of rural ecologica l civilization,it is necessary to accelerate the integration and coordinated development of urban and rural areas.
