In this paper, it is showed by regarding the advantages populations pardosa pseudoannulata of farmland ecosystem as experimental material, by means of laboratory rearing and field observations. The relationship between spawning interval period and oviposition times, the relation between the oocysts weight and the oviposition times, the effect of temperature on the oviposition times, the relationship between femala fresh weight and oocysts weight of pardosa pseucoanlate is analyzed. This study found that the increase of the spawn times has important influence to the spawn interval period, with the increase of spawning’s number, spawning interval duration grow. Egg capsule’s weight is affected by the spawn times, with the increase of spawn frequency, the spawning sacs’ s weight has been reduced. When the temperature reach 28 ℃, the spawning rate of the female spiders come to the largest and can reach 90%. The study also found that the egg capsules’ s size and weight has no apparent correlation and effect with the males spider’s weight. On this basis, in order to ascertain reproductive physiology regulatory mechanism of Pardosa pseudoannulata form dominant species further. The authors used distilled waterprecipitation, gel filtration and Sephacryl s-300 High Resolution 26/60 Hiprep glucan gel chromatography get the purified eggs from the Pardosa pseudoannulata, and analyzed the physiological and biochemical characters. The results show that the Gong He distilled water precipitation can initially isolated from yolk protein. Will get the yolk protein salt solution with Sephacryl s-300 High Resolution26/60 Hiprep gel filtration, PBS elution, value detection of light absorption at 280 nm, ther are two absorption peaks. Two components of separation between the peak A and peak B is more open, achieved satisfactory separation effect. The results indicated that the vitellin of Pardosa pseudoannulata was a kind of protein containing sugar and fat. Its molecule is composed of two subunits, sub molecular weight were 80.1KD and 57.4KD. The study results can provide theoretic basis for Pardosa pseudoannulata’s conservation, reproduction and utilization effectively, and then develop its effect in the Pests biological control. In this paper, is not only has certain theoretic value in academic about exploring the reproductive biology and ecological principles of the Pardosa pseudoannulata, but the more important practical significance is about conducting in-depth artificial rearing of Pardosa pseudoannulata, drawing up relevant protection and exploitation mechanisms, reducing chemical consumption in agricultural ecosystem.
