As our country’s aquaculture industry developed gradually to the scale, intensive cultivation, the demand for diet is increasing, while grain was the great proportion in conventional pig diets, resulting in a very serious phenomenon that the contradiction about man and livestock’s fight for grain; and the intensive farming methods that caused the outbreak of epidemic diseases, and currently the main means of control the epidemic is the extensively use of antibiotics drugs, causing serious drug residues, not only affect human health, cause bacterial resistance increasing, but also damage to the environment, therefore, higher demands for livestock products quality. Therefore, the development of health food-saving farming methods of animal husbandry in China has become the main problem to be solved. The main purpose of this study is to use the direct-fed microbials to ferment peanut vine powder, to improve the nutrient value of peanut vine powder, thereby reducing the amount of food, and examine the roughage’s growth and health promotion to fattening pigs, then apply fermented peanut vine powder to substitute some part of the routine diets as the test diet, and utilize Large White × Landrace × Duroc crossbred fattening pigs in good health as test animals, the test period were 40 days, and then randomly divided into four groups, the first group is the control group which was fed conventional diet, the experimental group Ⅰwas fed 90% conventional diets+10% fermented peanut vine powder, the experimental group Ⅱwas fed 85%conventional diets + 15% fermented peanut vine powder, the experimental group Ⅲwas fed 80%conventional diets+20% fermented peanut vine powder. Determine feed conversion ratio, weight gain cost, digestive enzyme activity and the changes of nutritional content in feces, respectively, to analysis growth promoting effect of fermented peanut vine powder to fattening pigs, then determine the microbial community in intestinal and its blood biochemical parameters, diarrhea ratio, mortality ratio of this four experiment respectively to clear fermented peanut vine powder to fattening pigs of the health promotion. The results showed: The probiotics fermented peanut vine powder can significantly improve their nutrient content, fermented peanut vine powder, compared with the pre-fermentation, crude protein content increased 46.69%(P<0.01), crude fiber content decreased 19.82%(P<0.01), neutral detergent fiber reduced 10.47%(P<0.01), acid detergent fiber reduced 12.18%(P<0.01), lignin content decreased 12.79%(P<0.05), the organic acid content increased 67.96%(P <0.01), fat content of reduced 66.43%(P<0.01), while crude ash content no significant change(P>0.05).Feeding fermented peanut vine powder can promote the growth of pigs: reduce the feed conversion ratio improve the economy of cultivation and by the examination of mechanism, improve the digestive enzyme activity on test pigs, and can promote the digestion and absorption. The feed conversion ratio in the experimental groupⅠ,,Ⅱ Ⅲcompared with the control group were lower respectively 11.70%(P<0.01), 18.79%(P<0.01), 4.96%(P>0.05); the weight gain cost in test groupⅠ,Ⅱ, ⅢCompared with the control group were decreased by 9.45%, 16.39%, 0.48%; the full cost in experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲcompared with the control group were decreased 4.71%, 7.07%, 9.23% respectively; the digestive enzyme activity of the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲcompared with the control group, cellulase activity were increased by 15.68%(P<0.01), 16.59%(P<0.01), 4.10%(P>0.05), protease activity increased by 2.41%(P>0.05), 3.10%(P>0.05), 6.28%(P>0.05), amylase average were increase by 17.07%(P<0.01), 14.02%,(P<0.05), 14.02%(P<0.05), lipase activity were average increase by 2.58%(P>0.05), 4.68%(P>0.05), 4.78%(P>0.05); the conventional nutrient content in experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ, Ⅲcompared with the control group, the crude protein content were decreased by 9.09%(P<0.01), 4.54%(P>0.05), 9.09%(P>0.05), respectively, crude fiber content were decreased by 5.71%(P>0.05), 5.56%(P>0.05), 2.86%(P>0.05), lignin content were decreased by 4.00%(P>0.05), 8.00%(P>0.05), 4.00%(P>0.05), respectively, the organic acid content were decreased by 7.56%(P<0.01), 9.35%(P<0.01), 9.33%(P<0.01), the fat content of the test groupⅠ,Ⅲwere reduced by 6.67%(P>0.05), 14.67%(P<0.01), while the experimental group Ⅱdid no changes, ash content did little changes compared with the control group.Feeding fermented peanut vine powder improve microbial community in fattening pigs intestinal and reduce the incidence of mortality ratio, and there is no significant effect on blood biochemical parameters, and can improve the health of fattening pigs. The compared to the control group bacteria structure, the number of E. coli in the experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere reduced by 48.75%(P<0.01), 35.36%(P<0.01), 41.00%(P<0.01), the number of bifidobacteria were increased by 1.89%(P>0.05), 19.36%(P<0.05), 22.78%(P<0.05), the lactobacillus were increased by 8.17%(P>0.05), 11.61%(P>0.05), 17.13%(P<0.05), respectively, the bacillus strains were respectively increased by 18.14%(P<0.05),11.64%(P>0.05), 5.42%(P>0.05), the blood biochemical indicators in experimental group compared with the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05); experimental group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲdiarrhea rate compared with the control group decreased by 80.07%(P<0.01), 76.14%(P<0.01), 83.33%(P<0.01); test group and were no mortality, while the experimental group compared with Ⅰ Ⅲ Ⅱthe control group was reduce 80.02%;The results of this study strongly demonstrated the improvement effect on direct-fed microbials to fermented peanut vine powder; and the feasibility of healthy and grain-saving cultivation way on apply fermented peanut vine powder to fattening pigs. The experimental lay a experimental foundation to develop new style of direct-fed microbials and to the application of health grain-saving way in pigs industry.
