At present, there are many kinds of pile driving machines. And most of them are large or heavy machines. In addition to these, there are many small pneumatic or hydraulic pile hammers. According to some researches, there have not automatic pile driving machines used for middle greenhouses so far. Therefore, one idea has been put forward to design an automatic pile driving machine used for middle greenhouse. Then this thesis aims to optimize the structure and analyse the theory of pile driving machines.(1) It guarantees that piles can put into the soil and tile with the ground at a 60° to design the system of pile driving machine. In order to improve work efficiency, it needs to change single pile into two rows of pile.(2) To verify the effect using CAM or eccentric pile driving by experiments. Then we compare pneumatic transmission and hydraulic transmission, and select the optimal scheme.(3) The thesis studies the constitutive relation theory of soil, and then establishs the model of constitutive relation of soil, which provides the theoretical foundation for finite element analysis of piles and soil.(4) The thesis analyses the contact process of pile and soil using dynamics. The aim is to observe what happened when piles is under impact load, and ensure that the pile completely penetrates into the grave in different soil characteristics.(5) Then the thesis analyses the contact process of cylinder piston rod and pile using dynamics and find out the relationship between cylinder piston rod, timber, and impact force. The aim is to determine the most appropriate time of impact force and the size of the cylinder piston rod.(6) At last, the thesis analyses the system of mechanical transmission of pile driving machine by finite element analysis, and observe the changing of system components when the mechanical transmission system is under impact load. The aim is to find out the location of the stress and optimize the size, and make the design meet the strength requirement.The main contents of this text are as follows:1. To understand of the details of pile driving link, and put forward conceives basing on solid fieldwork.2. Designing and drawing the diagram of mechnism and 3D model with actual working environment, after that optimizing the structure.3. Theoretical calculation, and strength analysis by ABAQUS software.4. The problems are pointed out at the end of this thesis.
