This experiment was to investigate effect on apparent digestibility of nutrition in peanut vine, corn and soybean meal with different substitution ratios for growing Rex Rabbits using the substitution method.A total of 72 white growing Rex Rabbits at the age of 75 days and average body weight of(1.72±0.31)kg were randomly divided into 12 groups,6 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate. 12 groups were respectively fed with the basal diet substituted by different ratios(0%、10%、15% and 20%) of test peanut vine. The substitution method was applied to determine the apparent digestibility of peanut vine, corn and soybean meal with different ratios for growing Rex Rabbits. The results showed as follows, Rex Rabbits fed the diet substituted by 10%、15% and 20% of test peanut vine, the apparent digestibility were 58.03%、59.73% and 57.37%, respectively. The apparent digestibility in 15% group of test peanut vine was extremely significant higer than the other two groups(P<0.01). Meanwhile, apparent digestible energy in 15% group was 8.20 MJ/kg, and it was significantly higer than 7.97 MJ/kg in 10% group and 7.88 MJ/kg in 20% group(P<0.01). With the increase of substitution ratios in corn, apparent digestible energy and apparent digestibility of nutrition in corn gradually increased. The apparent digestible energy were 68.49%、69.16% and 73.51%, respectively and apparent digestibility were 58.03%、59.73% and 57.37%, respectively. 20% group of test corn was significantiy higer than the other two groups(P<0.05). With the increase of substitution ratios in soybean meal, apparent digestibility of nutrition in soybean meal gradually reduced to 71.94% 、 69.79% and 68.15%, respectively and 10% group of test soybean meal was significantiy higer than the other two groups(P<0.05). The apparent digestible energy of nutrition in soybean meal were 12.04 MJ/kg、11.68MJ/kg and 11.41 MJ/kg, respectively, and it was also in accordance with the above rules.Rex Rabbits fed the diet substituted by 10%、15% and 20% of test peanut vine, variation range of apparent digestibility in DM(contents of dry matter)、Ash(crude ash)、CP(crude protein)、CF(crude fiber)、NDF(neutral detergent fiber)、ADF(acid detergent fiber)、EE(ether extract)、Ca(calcium)、P(phosphorus)and NFE(nitrogen free extract)were 51.51%~55.46%%、59.34%~68.70%、60.59%~69.43% 、 23.29%~28.41% 、 35.58%~41.89% 、 24.58%~29.38% 、 78.59%~83.32% 、51.24%~56.84%、51.49%~65.50% and 56.23%~60.65%. 10%、15% and 20% groups of test corn, their variation range of apparent digestibility in DM(contents of dry matter)、Ash(crude ash)、CP(crude protein)、CF(crude fiber)、NDF(neutral detergent fiber)、ADF(acid detergent fiber)、EE(ether extract)、Ca(calcium)、P(phosphorus)and NFE(nitrogen free extract)were 76.85%~77.54%、47.96%~54.19% 、 79.21%~87.88% 、 22.34%~26.71% 、 37.25%~42.43% 、 22.89%~28.45% 、82.57%~87.28%、51.73%~56.48%、31.60%~34.38% and 74.05%~84.71%. 10%、15% and 20% groups of test soybean meal, their variation range of apparent digestibility in DM(contents of dry matter)、Ash(crude ash)、CP(crude protein)、CF(crude fiber)、NDF(neutral detergent fiber)、ADF(acid detergent fiber)、EE(ether extract)、Ca(calcium)、P(phosphorus)and NFE(nitrogen free extract) were 70.37%~76.62% 、 40.91%~47.76% 、 81.32%~86.36% 、 21.61%~25.88% 、33.92%~34.99% 、 22.88%~26.08% 、 80.96%~85.18% 、 59.60%~64.05% 、 47.49%~49.26% and 73.65%~80.95%.The results showed that there are certain differences on nutrients apparent digestibility in different ratios peanut vine、corn and soybean meal for growing Rex Rabbits. Rex Rabbits fed the diet substituted by 15% of test peanut vine、20% of test corn and 15% of test soybean meal, their nutrients apparent digestible energy and apparent digestibility were relatively higher.
