The northeast region of China spring wind, land of drought and soil erosion is serious, resulting in low and unstable yield, greatly restricted the development of agriculture, introducing conservation tillage technology can effectively improve the ecological environment, improve the efficiency of agricultural production. Planting of Maize in Northeast China mainly in the ridge and protective tillage, surface stubble and straw covering more and land leveling degree of difference, the design of no tillage planter put forward higher requirements. Wheel as drive a seeding fertilizer is the main component of the row, the sowing uniformity has a significant influence on, if the slip rate is larger is bound to cause low seedling quality, so based on the driving wheel as research object, the work force analysis, different parameters of wheel of single factor experiment with multi factor test, to optimize the low slip rate and the friction wheel parameters. This has important significance for improving the quality of no tillage and improving the stability of the seeding.This paper analyzes the requirements of domestic and foreign conservation tillage technology, and the reference no till now, the existing technology of the seeding machine. The research status and development of the no till sowing machine were analyzed deeply. The research route of this subject is determined, and the contents are as follows:(1) According to the requirements of agricultural machinery and agricultural integration, the 3D solid model of no till seeding machine was designed based on virtual prototyping technology and the overall structure and main technical parameters of no tillage seeding machine were determined.(2)The process of no tillage planter wheel and soil by mathematical model of force analysis, obtains the wheel diameter D, width L, vertical load G is important factors that influence on wheel slip ratio and the friction force.(3) Designed ground wheel slip ratio and the friction test equipment, the test can be performed to the wheel for different parameters and load., using ANSYS Workbench experimental device key components of the finite element analysis, application of the third and fourth strength theory be checked for key components, the test equipment meets the test strength requirements.(4) Choose to wheel diameter D, the width L, and vertical load factor G as experimental, no-till seeder to wheel pilot study. Using Design-expert software Test Method Box-Behnken experimental study, the test data, analysis of variance and regression analysis. By changing to the wheel diameter(x1), width(x2), the vertical load(x3), get to the wheel slip ratio(Y1), friction(Y2) regression model equation to analyze the interaction between various factors. According to variance analysis shows that: the degree of influence of various factors on the ground wheel slip ratio in the order of: vertical load> wheel diameter> land wheel width; the impact of various factors on the ground friction wheel as follows: vertical load> wheel diameter > wheel width.(5) The structure of the ground wheel was optimized by Expert Design, and the influence of the actual arrangement on the torque of the fertilizer was considered. Determine the optimal parameters to wheel: ground squirrel cage wheel diameter is 610 mm, width is 126 mm, and the vertical load is 350 N.Through experimental research test site in Xiang fang obtained reasonable parameters tillage seeder to wheel structure, smooth transmission and reliable, a more appropriate soil conditions in complex conditional operations, in order to further improve the design of no-tillage seeder provides an important in accordance with.
